Additions/Changes
- New – Upgrade Tagging System – Upgrades are now tagged by type. This gives you a slightly higher chance of receiving upgrades for your current ship when levelling up. For example, BLAZE now has a higher chance of finding an upgrade tagged with “Burn” etc.
- New Stat – Burn Tick Rate – This has been added to all burn upgrades in addition to their normal effects, and increases the speed at which burn deals damage. Higher rarities increase this stat more.
- New Passive – Ignition (Uncommon) – On Fire – 20% Chance to burn 1 nearby enemy per level for 15% damage for 3 seconds. Burn Tick Rate +10%
- New UI for stats and upgrade list.
- Can now see your current upgrades when levelling up.
- Added animations to menus which showed stats or upgrades.
- Added a small animation to the players ship while dodging.
- Can no longer reroll items into the same item when levelling.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where piercing projectiles could hit bosses multiple times with the same shot.
- Shop music should now loop correctly instead of stopping entirely.
Balance Changes
- Slowed down all of Block-Busters attacks by 5%.
- Decreased the amount of enemies spawned by Block-Buster in phase 2.
- Decreased the size of the explosions caused by Block-Buster’s triple slam attack in phase 2.
- Greatly increased the health of prime enemies.
- Chain lightning (Weapon) – No longer gains increased single target damage based on bounce/pierces, still deals a flat increase against single target.
- Chain lighting (Weapon) – Now loses a percentage of damage per bounce after the first.
- Chain lightning (Weapon) – Damage increased per projectile against single target when no other enemies are around.
- Scattergun (Weapon) – On Fire effects which deal a % of weapon damage now scale based off the base number of projectiles for this weapon, instead of the per projectile damage. I.E. 20% of 75 instead of 20% of 15.
- BLAZE (Ship) – Wildfire burn spread chance increased from 20->50%. Thermal Laser burn damage decreased from 20->10%.
