Patch notes are imported from steam. There may be errors. This mostly exists so I can stay on top of them to update the features in our tags and scoring categories (which I do manually), but since many of you liked the idea of staying up to date with all the games in one place I'm working on making this data automated (right now I manually hit it every couple days) with better info and linking in with the game views.

There will be more data and proper atribution here (original author, steam link, original post date, etc) real soon, I promise. This is just like a technical test to see if they're coming in ok at all.

Hello, thanks to everyone who bought and wishlisted the first version of our game! We’ve just sent out an update to our next minor version: 0.1.1.

Changelog:

New Features
  • Results screen now shows you what new spell archetypes you collected from achievements in the level
  • 5 New archetypes: Boomerang, Figure-8, Satellites, Ellipse, Star
Gameplay and Balancing
  • Scrolling the mouse wheel to select spells now goes in the opposite direction
  • Chain lightning’s chains go deeper and hit more enemies
  • Reduced the base price of exclusions and added more of them
  • Slightly buffed the archetypes: Bolas, Wipers, Antlers, Whirl, Cosmic Knot
  • Made Floating Eyeball enemies less aggressive
  • Reworked difficulty spike in Haunted Hovel at around 5:50-4:00 in the countdown
  • Removed Thorn Bushes from the final bosses of levels and buffed those bosses
  • Slightly reworked the final boss of Vagrant’s Volcano
Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed issue where a spell might not fire, or be fired as a part of another spell occasionally
  • Fixed a Cannon Ape T-posing issue
  • Fixed issue where the XP Thief would size up other enemies and level up other XP Thieves
  • Fixed rare issue where the final boss of Vagrant’s Volcano would get stuck in a location far from the player
Optimization
  • Reduced lag spikes when spawning a lot of enemies at once, slightly increasing framerates towards the end of levels (The next update will contain a lot more improvements)
  • Reworked some spell effects to be more optimized
  • Lowered maximum number of enemies
Misc
  • Renamed achievements from “without using a Flask” to “at max Flasks”
  • Minor visual clarity tweaks in some 3D models and effects
  • Minor audio mixing improvements
  • Minor UI changes
