Patch notes are imported from steam. There may be errors. This mostly exists so I can stay on top of them to update the features in our tags and scoring categories (which I do manually), but since many of you liked the idea of staying up to date with all the games in one place I'm working on making this data automated (right now I manually hit it every couple days) with better info and linking in with the game views.

There will be more data and proper atribution here (original author, steam link, original post date, etc) real soon, I promise. This is just like a technical test to see if they're coming in ok at all.

Thanks for the patience! We’re extremely happy to release a new update for PISTOLA.

First of all, the developer (cauehsf) deeply appreciates the love of all players, but we have to exalt three names that are on the top of the scoreboard:

  • πŸ₯‰ DGID

We added a podium to the menu to encourage players to search for better rankings!


  • Bleeding (damage, duration and hit count)
  • Merchant cooldown reduction
  • Better rewards after killing enemies
  • Chance of dropping a permanent coin after killing enemies
  • ⚑ LIGHTNING DAMAGE! ⚑ (Thanks, Pilalo!)

We’ve noticed that on the late-game of each run, there is a performance issue due to the enormous enemy quantity on the screen. We’re working on that, eitherway, hopefully we solved almost everything related to that on the current patch.

Future of PISTOLA

We’re grateful for everything we’ve achieved so far, and certainly Softwool will release a new title soon (πŸ‘€). PISTOLA is pretty near to it’s final stage, and we must warn you that the next updates will mainly be focused on bug fixes, and quality of life improvements.
